Our rapidly growing facilities demand skilled and talented people to help us expand and increase efficiencies throughout front and back-end operations. We’re seeking a System Controls Administrator whose role will be to ensure plants receive the right amount of water and nutrients at the right time. The a System Controls Administrator will report to management in the Cultivation Department and keep them aware of any potential issues that may arise.

• Must be 21+, with a valid State ID, and able to pass additional background screening.
• High level of integrity and a strong work ethic.

Required Skills:

• Strong computer skills.
• Cannabis industry experience.
• Highly motivated and self-directed.
• Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the company.
• Knowledge of Growlink control solutions is ideal, but not required.
• Prioritize cleanliness and organization.

Job Duties:

• Maintains irrigation and fertigation equipment in good working order.
• Ensure plants receive the right amount of water and nutrients.
• Check and balance EC & pH of stock tanks according to company standard operations procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor irrigation lines and fertigation tanks for leaks.
• Communicates to maintenance leaks in equipment, as needed for repair.
• Works closely with the cultivation team to ensure the irrigation/fertigation plan is properly implemented and maintained.
• Maintains the inventory of nutrients used for feedings.
• Informs management when nutrients need to be ordered.

Work Experience:

• Commercial Cannabis industry experience (1 year)
• Basic experience working with irrigation systems, the related components, and familiar with hydroponic solution formulation.
• Experience working with automated feeding systems in the cannabis industry.

Ability to commute/relocate

• United States: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education

• High school or equivalent (Required)
