Our rapidly growing facilities demand skilled and talented people to help us expand and increase efficiencies throughout front and back-end operations. We’re seeking cannabis trimmers who harvest marijuana plants and are responsible for the characteristic of their completed weight. They also might be responsible for weighing, labeling, and packaging the trimmed buds. The trimmers must be able to assess the quality of each amount and strain to get the most accurate information. They must abide to Michigan state laws and regulations related to marijuana production and keep up to date on changes to those laws and regulations. Trimmer Description / Duties:

• Must be able to trim minimum 3lbs-4Lbs. per 8-hour shift
• Caring for plants on daily basis
• Efficiently trims and de-fans plants
• Must have trimming experience
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Assist with packaging if needed; May be assigned other job duties as necessary
• Cleaning, organizing, & sanitizing grow rooms, dry rooms, trim rooms, equipment etc.
• Deleafing cannabis plants
• Maintaining a culture of professionalism
• Prepared to do duties that are required of you by supervisors in facility

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• M-F with weekends as needed

• United States: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• High school or equivalent

Pay: $15.0 – $19.0 per hour
