Brand Ambassador

Our focus is producing boutique-style, premium quality flower for provisioning and processing centers throughout the state. Emerald Mountain Labs and its affiliate facility, Viridian Labs, are home to over 50,000 sq ft of cultivation space in Warren, Michigan. Our rapidly growing facilities demand skilled and talented individuals to help us expand and increase efficiencies throughout front and back-end operations.

We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to be the face and voice of our brand, Spaceman Cannabis. As a successful candidate, you will be involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our products through various media channels to help facilitate new customers. Build upon existing relationships acting as a trusted advisor for our retail partners. You will work closely with our sales and marketing division to achieve its marketing goals and objectives, such as communicating the value of our products to customers, tracking customer feedback, and representing the brand at launches and events.

As the Spaceman Cannabis Brand Ambassador, you will be the face representing the company during Vendor Days. This will include, but is not limited to:

• Monitor inventory levels for swag items and responsible distribution of marketing materials.
• Sample and swag box preparation.
• Table setup and take down.
• Travel using personal vehicle to Vendor Day locations.
• Most importantly – promoting Spaceman Cannabis. We are looking for an individual who can effectively communicate to build positive relationships between potential clients and our brand.
• Become an expert on the products we carry and be able to answer any questions customers or clients may have.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

To excel in this role, you will have excellent networking skills and a strong presence on social media. Previous experience as a brand ambassador or similar role is strongly desired, as well as knowledge of sales and marketing principles.

Requirements:

• Minimum 21 years of age (or as required by state regulations)
• Successfully pass a background check
• Previous event marketing or brand ambassador experience, preferred.
• Cannabis Industry experience, preferred.
• Prior experience in a customer service environment.
• Must be outgoing, upbeat, energetic, and passionate about the cannabis industry!
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to speak one-on-one.
• Ability to stand long periods of time and push, pull or lift up to 35 lbs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
• Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools.
• Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to travel.
